The Sconery

I had a lovely surprise! A hidden café in a quiet and pleasant spot... with the exquisite spring afternoon sun, the best homemade Scottish shortbread. Incredible, fresh Vitamins juice, and the glass couldn't hold any more. Very fair prices... a place I would highly recommend! Next time I'll come back with my book to try the menu.

In a relatively hidden corner of Chippo, this is an amazing find for a cafe. Their desserts, especially the signature cheesecake, and of course, the Scones are amazing. Great value for money as well, as the scone was just $7 including the jam and cream and the cheesecake(which mind you was a big slice) was just $8. Definitely a must visit if you're looking for a dessert cafe that isn't too heavy on the wallet yet provides an amazing taste. The location itself makes it feels like we stumbled upon a golden treasure!!!

My daughter attended a cupcake making birthday party here today. She is gluten intolerant and Jason and team went absolutely above and beyond to ensure she could participate and that her ingredients were suitable. Really thankful for the effort, and the cakes and scones were exceptional. Strong buy. Thanks again.

Saturday: We cant thank the staff at the Sconery enough for the wonderful Birthday Baking Class that they held at in the cafe for our Daughter & her school friends. A fun time was had by all with Chef Jason making everyone laugh & we went home with the most amazing moist & rich cupcakes with sensational buttercream (6 in all!). Thankyou again! Couldn't recommend it enough & the cupcakes were ever so scrumptious! 10/10 !! The BEST scones in the World deserve a mention too, soft & buttery & still warm from the oven - made by the English Scone Master himself, thanks Jase & Staff. Wednesday: After a wonderful weekend at the Sconery & just moved in around the corner, we popped in for Breakfast, had the BEST Big Breakfast in town! Unbelievable portion size, also treated ourselves to those amazing scones again! Pre-ordred scones for the Office too, thanks Jase & your lovely staff.

As tourists, we love finding the cute little neighborhood gems and the Sconery fit the bill. So much so that we ate here 3 of the 4 days we stayed in Sydney. The baked goods were amazing, the breakfast sandwiches amazing, the coffee was amazing. And the owner is so nice and easy to chat with- you can tell he enjoys what he does. Highly recommend!

This is the best scone I’ve ever had in my life. The homemade jam and cream are perfect with it. Their sandwiches are great too. Really fresh and full of flavour. The staffs are always warm and friendly, and the whole place has a really good vibe. Every time I go there, I leave in a better mode.

It's a very friendly and lovely cafe. They are always nice and friendly and have amazing coffee. She always smiles and greets everyone and gives a different sticker every day.

A great little hidden treasure! This café is a perfect place to enjoy a scone and coffee. They also serve various other foods. All the food is excellent with friendly staff. I work in the area and after my morning walk, I regularly return for my morning tea. Highly recommended. A place that is in a quiet area so can enjoy a breakfast with out all the noise.
